As part of the company’s expansion, in 2017 we launched a canning facility, its first products being smoked sprats in oil and sprats in tomato sauce – traditional Baltic delicacies. Today we process and can a variety of Baltic fish in metal containers and glass jars.
Our production facilities are conveniently located near the Baltic Sea shoreline, giving us year-round access to freshly-caught fish which we process or freeze immediately using our best equipment and manufacturing practices.
